Yes, we offer FREE returns in the US! You have 100 days to return your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin your return, please fill out our contact form with a note of your order number, the products you wish to return and your reason for returning. Our customer experience team will provide you with a prepaid return label to complete your return.

1. Separate the hook and loop system and extend your Trtl Pillow

2. Position Trtl Pillow internal support wherever is most comfortable - either side or under your chin

Tips & Tricks
-Holding the pillow area closer to yourneck before wrapping will provide more support. This can be helpful if you havea slightly longer neck, as this allows the scarf to be looser whilst stillsupporting your head and neck.

- Try wrapping the Trtl Pillow with your ear and jaw tucked inside the pillow so that they rest against  the middle of curved pillow section, rather
than on the top edge of the support.

 - If you find that the angle of your neck is not quite perfect for you, you can also try experimenting with positioning
the support further down towards the chin and front of your neck. This can help keep your head and neck in a more upright position.

Remove the plastic insert and then wash your Trtl Pillow on a 30°C/ cool wash.
