We offer FREE DELIVERY on all for our Canadian orders!
Orders placed before 3pm CST are usually dispatched 1 business day after the order has been placed. (Business days are Monday - Friday). If your order contains multiple items these may be dispatched separately.
Your shipping time will depend on where in Australia you are located. Our Austalian warehouse is located in New South Wales.
NSW to ACT: 2-4 business days
NSW to NSW: 3-5 business days
NSW to VIC: 3-5 business days
NSW to SA: 4-5 business days
NSW to QLD: 4-6 business days
NSW to TAS: 4-6 business days
NSW to NT: 8-13 business days
NSW to WA: 10-14 business days
We aim to fulfil all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us.
Shipping and Tracking
We usually ship all orders via Canada Post or Intelcom however we may use other carriers if this is more efficient. We’ll confirm shipping method once your order has been dispatched from our Canadian warehouse.
We’ll also send you an email with your shipment information and tracking (where available) after your order has been dispatched.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please use an alternative shipping address when placing your order.
Order Not Received
If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please:
- Check your delivery address was entered correctly. Contact us if there are any errors.
- Check the delivery timeframe, if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
- Check with your neighbours to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.
- If you have completed these steps and you have still not received your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we would be delighted to assist.
